Privacy Policy

The short version: we only collect what you send us to get your report, we use it to do that work and reply, we don’t sell it, and our site analytics don’t use cookies or track you around the web.

Last updated July 29, 2026.

Who we are

This site, nameworthy.ai, is an AI-visibility measurement and optimization practice operated by Whitley Row LLC (“Nameworthy,” “we,” “us”). Questions about this policy or your information go to [email protected].

What we collect

Information you give us. When you request a report or write to us, we collect what you provide: your name, email, business name, city or market, category, website, any competitors you flag, and any notes. If you email us directly, we keep that correspondence.

Information collected automatically. Our host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps, pages requested) for security and operations. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic — it is privacy-first, sets no cookies, and does not track you across other sites or build an advertising profile.

How we use it

We use the information you send only to:

  • prepare and deliver the report or answer you asked for;
  • respond to your questions and, if you want it, provide our services;
  • keep the site secure and working, and improve it over time.

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who processes it for us

We use a small number of vendors that process data on our behalf, under their own terms:

  • Cloudflare — hosting, security, and the cookieless web analytics above.
  • Resend — to deliver email, including sending us your report request.

For client engagements we can work under an NDA on request, and we never put confidential client information into third-party AI tools.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our analytics is cookieless, so there is no consent banner to click through.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions and correspondence for as long as we need them to respond and to maintain ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live — for example under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or the EU/UK GDPR — you may have additional rights, including the right to know what we hold and to request deletion. We honor verified requests and will not discriminate against you for making one.

Children

This site is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. When we do, we’ll revise the “last updated” date above.
